I have owned my own business for over 10 years now, and with a very successful team have managed to accumulate a fantastic clientele. It had occurred to me my time management and records of clients, services and pricing was too much of a workload and slowly getting out of hand and in the way of my creativity.

I saw Ken at 2009 hair expo and KISS Salon Software. To even consider computerising my salon appointment book scared me and I did not know what to expect when Ken and I made the Demo appointment.

To my surprise Ken was calm and re-assuring, giving me the confidence to slowly change my ways. He spoke clearly and in plain English and I felt after about 30 min's. in the Demo that I can do this.

As a newcomer to the "technology world" I can honestly say - Ken is an approachable and extremely talented professional. I'm looking forward to good time management and more success.
